To return or exchange a gift, go to our return portal and under "Returning a Gift?" at the bottom click on "Start a gift return." You must have your order number and shipping zip code from the order to start, which can be found on your packing slip. Once you have completed the questions on this link, the proper paperwork will be emailed to you.
If you did not receive the order directly from us, we can look the order info up for you. Simply contact us at www.naturallife.com/hello or call us at 888-483-7344. Unfortunately, orders that were purchased from store locations or outside of our regular return policy (30 days from shipment or Final Sale) are not eligible for return or exchange. Facebook and Instagram Shop Orders:
Due to limitations with payment processing for orders placed through Instagram or Facebook, we are unable to accept exchanges on any order placed through Facebook or Instagram Shop. You will have to return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the new size you’d like instead. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience, this is a limitation for us due to the way payments are processed through marketplaces like Facebook and Instagram Shop.
