To return a gift, go to our return portal and under "Returning a Gift?" and click start a return! You must have your order number and shipping zip code for the order in order to start a return to receive a store credit for eligible items. Unfortunately, orders that were purchased from store locations or that are outside of our holiday or regular return policy are not eligible for return.
