This type of an error is common when the billing information you have entered at checkout does not match the billing information on file for the card you are using. The billing address automatically defaults to being the same as the shipping address! To change your billing address, directions are below:
If you are shipping your treasures to someone else, uncheck the box and update your to billing address so that it matches the billing information on file with your bank or credit card company. Once you enter the new billing address, click update! If you do not click update, the transaction will not complete.
If you are an account holder, your screen may look a little different than the below because you can select your billing information from the dropdown box or add a new billing address! Once you enter the new billing address, click update! If you do not click update, the transaction will not complete.
