How can I track my international order?

Full tracking will be available from our third party partner's website using your Package ID, or PID. Track your order here - click tracking in the upper righthand corner and enter your PID, making sure you include the letters "PID" along with the numbers that were provided in your shipping confirmation (see example below).

• Please note: items shipped to Germany and some other international countries, may need to be picked up at Customs. Please refer back to your tracking information to find out where you package is in the delivery process and if you need to pick it up from Customs or another location.
