Most likely, yes. Duties, taxes and any applicable carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
- As of July 1, 2021, all shipments imported into the EU, including those valued at €22 or less, will require a customs declaration and will be subject to VAT (value-added tax) payment.
Carrier brokerage fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. They are based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists, for imported goods. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
- Items shipped to Germany and some other international countries, may need to be picked up at Customs and will not be delivered to your home. Please refer back to your tracking information to find out where you package is in the delivery process and if you need to pick it up from Customs or another location.
