There are several reasons why an order may not be going through, but the most common reason is because we could not obtain an authorization from your credit card company. Please make sure your billing information entered matches the information on file for the credit card you are using, down to the zip code and cvv.
You will also need to make sure there are enough funds to cover the order and that the shipping method is selected, especially if purchasing via PayPal.
If you are logged in, please make sure nothing in your cart is out of stock and that all the billing and shipping information entered is correct.
