What is Natural Life's Holiday Return Policy?

Orders purchased from October 15th through December 15th are eligible for return for a refund to the original method of payment until January 15th. Items received as a gift that were purchased during this time frame are only eligible for a refund to a gift card until January 15th. Sale items, which are marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy and are not eligible for return of any kind, as all sales are final.

Orders purchased from October 15th through December 15th are no longer eligible for return of any kind after January 15th.

Facebook and Instagram Shop Orders:

Due to limitations with payment processing for orders placed through Instagram or Facebook, we are unable to accept exchanges on any order placed through Facebook or Instagram Shop. You will have to return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the new size you’d like instead. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience, this is a limitation for us due to the way payments are processed through marketplaces like Facebook and Instagram Shop.
