From where and how are Natural Life orders shipped?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jacksonville, FL. We ship orders throughout the US using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL! International orders are shipped via Asendia.

Please note: Once orders have left the warehouse and been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or DHL facilities, Natural Life will have completed their shipping responsibilities. Any loss and/or delay during transit is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier used to ship the order. Please file a claim with the carrier if you have a lost or stolen package. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once orders depart our warehouse, orders may experience delays due to the safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues that all shipping carriers are experiencing.
