When tracking your order, USPS may initially show “Pre-shipment waiting for packages” for a period of time. This means that the package has shipped from our warehouse, but USPS hasn’t yet scanned it locally. This is because USPS doesn’t provide local scans for all shipments. Once your package reaches a facility with scan operations—typically the final destination post office or a major processing center—you’ll begin seeing updates. This is standard procedure for most retail package deliveries with USPS.
Thank you for your patience as your package makes its way to you!
