So sorry you didn't receive your return label! We've noticed that most of the time when this occurs, it's due to the email with the label ending up in the customer's spam/junk folder. We recommend that you check there to see if that is where the email went. If so, you can add the email (orders@naturallife.narvar.com) to your "Safe Sender" or "Trusted Sender" list on your email application/platform. This should ensure that any future return label emails will be delivered to your inbox, instead of spam/junk!
You can also re-download your label from our website by logging back into the return portal with your order number and email address (naturallife.com/returns). Once you have entered that information, you will be able to see your current return request and click "Reprint Shipping Label" as shown below:
